In many cases an immediate change is seen when using a new brace, lift, insert or shoe. When a prescription is properly filled, a change in the way you stand and walk will be apparent.

Sometimes it is necessary to build (or rebuild) good posture and mobility - recapturing what was lost due to compensating for the problem. Your practitioner may work with you and your physical therapist to encourage your rehabilitation.

Our goal is to get you "back in step" - with improved comfort and abilities.
